Main products: CCL with thickness from 0.1mm to 3.2mm, normal sizes including 36"x48" 40"x48' and 42"x48", copper foil thickness including 9um, 18um, 35um, 70um and 105um. Prepreg including type 1080-7628, resin content 42%-70%. We can cut panel size according to clients' request. Laminte with Tg140, Tg150 and other high Tg, lead free and halogen free can be produced. The main equipment is imported from Japan and Taiwan. Technical team is from some Taiwan big scale CCL plants, over 10 years experience in CCL circle.
